How do I pair my Panasonic device to my account?

Pairing your Panasonic device to your account using your remote control can sometimes be complicated. It's important that you use your TV's remote control to enter your email address and password. It is not possible to pair your Panasonic device using a Smartphone application, a keyboard or other external device.

Please follow these instructions to pair your Panasonic device to your account:

If your device is not already linked to your account, you will see the screen pictured below. If you already have a account, select the "Pair account" option. If you do not have a account, you can create one from your Panasonic device, but it is easier to create your account online at

Use the remote control of your Panasonic device to enter your email address, letter by letter, using the arrow buttons to go up, down, left, and right on the keyboard displayed on the screen.

It's important that you enter your email address exactly the same as you did when you first created your account, respecting capital letters. Press the "A/#" button on the keyboard to change from lowercase to capital letters.

Once you have entered your email address, click "Next".
