How do I pair my LG device to my Wuaki.tv account?

Pairing your LG device to your Wuaki.tv account using your remote control can sometimes be complicated. It's important that you use your TV's remote control to enter your email address and password. It is not possible to pair your LG device using a Smartphone application, a keyboard or other external device.

Please follow these instructions to pair your LG device to your Wuaki.tv account:

1.png First, start the Wuaki.tv app on your LG device and click on the "Settings" button

If your device is not already linked to your Wuaki.tv account, you will see the screen pictured below. If you already have a Wuaki.tv account, select the "Pair account" option. If you do not have a Wuaki.tv account, you can create one from your LG device, but it is easier to create your account online at https://uk.wuaki.tv/users/sign_up

Use the remote control of your LG device to enter your email address, letter by letter, using the arrow buttons to go up, down, left, and right on the keyboard displayed on the screen.

It's important that you enter your email address exactly the same as you did when you first created your account, respecting capital letters. Press the "A/#" button on the keyboard to change from lowercase to capital letters.

Once you have entered your email address, click "Next".

Enter your password and click "End".

Your password is case sensitive, so make sure you use capital letters when it is necessary.
