If you try to play a movie and it doesn't load because it gets stuck on buffering, please follow these steps to solve the issue:
1. Open the following link in your browser http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager08.html
2. In the "Protected Content Playback Settings panel" click on the button "Restore license files"
3. Now, close and open once again the browser and try to watch the movie.
Note: If you are using Google Chrome and the following pop-up appears in the upper part of your browser, please click on ALLOW.
Then refresh the page and try to watch the movie again. If the problem persists we recommend you to try with Mozilla Firefox.
